Ivor_E_Tower Posted May 30, 2004 Report Posted May 30, 2004 Was unaware that the suspension has been changed on 130ps vehicles! Do you mean anti-roll bar bushes? We know that drop links on these are a problem....... Quote
seatkid Posted May 30, 2004 Report Posted May 30, 2004 Anti roll bar is a "torsion" component but you would'nt normally call it a torsion bar as it implies it is a primary suspension component which it isnt. The bushes are not a known problem (although they can wear under unusual circumstances) You wouldn't change the bar itself - theres nothing to wear!! Sounds like someone is making a meal of the anti roll bar link(s) (which are a known problem as Ivor says) Quote
Guest Jonderonde Posted November 30, 2004 Report Posted November 30, 2004 Do u Mean Front Rod that connects the anti roll bar to the suspension? These have a universal joint either end! My Galaxy is a 1.9TDI 115 51 plate. Mine go every 40000 miles aprox they do not pack up at same time. cost about Quote
